The area, located in Rimini south in the hamlet of Bellariva, occupies an area of about 55,000 square meters and consists of: the property "ex Colonia Murri" built in 1911 by Opere Pie of Bologna and Imola as a hydrotherapy home for children directly on the beach, then used as a colony; from the Mediterranean park adjacent to the Colonia Riccione side and a lot between Viale Regina Margherita and Viale Portofino. The property is suitable for multiple uses. The original project involved the restoration of the former colony Murri and annexed Mediterranean park and the new construction of residential buildings in the lot between Viale Regina Margherita and Viale Portofino called the former Ceschina Area. The intervention area includes the area of the former Murri colony and the Mediterranean park in one of the green areas overlooking the sea on the Giuseppe di Vittorio seafront affected by the redevelopment project called the Sea Park.

It is easily accessible by public transport such as the sea metro (TRC) as there is the Bellariva stop about 400 meters away, and several bus lines.
It is reachable on foot and by bike from the historic center and the railway station by pedestrian cycle paths
